Thank you! Dear Editor: I would like to start off by saying thank you to the Rangely community and surrounding areas for all of their support. As many of you may know already my son Jamie Brasfield was diagnosed with melanoma cancer on Feb. 21.

Letter: Disappointed

Though I was glad to finally see some closure to the Berthelson murder, I was quite disappointed in the sentence Neil Joy received. I’ve never really understood how a person can end someone’s life and only get a few years “punishment.”

Mill levy would ensure school sports can continue

RANGELY I The Rangely School District and The Western Rio Blanco Recreation and Park District are working together to continue the positive trajectory of the school district’s academic achievement and to assure sports/activities for the next five years with a mill levy proposal in May.
